Hi, I’m Nicole—and yes, I’m freakishly obsessed with original Pine-Sol. There’s just something about that fresh, nostalgic smell and squeaky-clean shine that sparks pure joy. (Seriously, it might be my favorite scent.)
Now that we’ve got that out of the way… I’m also the friendly face behind the schedule and the calm, reassuring voice on the phone when your dental care needs a little extra planning. Since 2018, I’ve proudly worn many hats here at A Perfect Smile. These days, I serve as both the Scheduling Coordinator and Surgical Center Coordinator. Translation? I’m the one making sure your visits run smoothly—from setting appointments to walking you through every detail of any treatment involving general anesthesia. I’m with you every step of the way, making sure you feel informed, supported, and at ease.
Raised right here in Price, this community is more than just where I work—it’s home. Helping my neighbors and friends isn’t just part of the job—it’s deeply personal to me. I take a lot of pride in making sure the people I care about feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the office, from dental assisting and billing to insurance, treatment planning, and management. That well-rounded experience helps me see the big picture and anticipate your needs before you even ask.
My favorite part of the job? People. I love building real connections, easing nerves, and making sure every patient feels genuinely cared for—not just like another name on the schedule.
Outside the office, I’m a full-time mom, part-time movie critic, enthusiastic karaoke star, and expert road trip planner. My daughter and I live for themed movie nights, spontaneous dance-offs, and quick getaways when we’re craving a change of pace.
I’m proud to be part of a team that leads with compassion—and honored to support a community I truly care about. Whether you're here for a routine visit or something more complex, just know: I’m here to help, with heart, humor, and maybe a faint scent of Pine-Sol in the air.
